Privacy notice

This notice explains how household information is handled for pre-retirement household financial planning at the practice. It should be read with the cookie notice.

Data controller

The data controller is Aware Latticeway Financial Planning, Tambon Pasemat, Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat 96120. Email info@aware-latticeway.click. Telephone 073615937. Naree Limsakul is the person responsible for requests about your records.

What is collected

From the inquiry form and later correspondence: your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, a preferred date if you give one, whether you want the planning room or a home sitting, and the message you write. From an engagement: the papers you choose to show, notes taken at the table, the summary prepared for you, and the transfer reference for the fee. The form does not ask for a national identification number or a full bank account number.

Why it is kept

Inquiry details are used to reply, to quote a fee, and to hold a date. Engagement notes are used to prepare your summary and, if you return, to compare a yearly check-in with the earlier page. The legal bases relied on are steps toward an engagement you requested, the engagement itself, and the practice’s interest in keeping an accurate record of what was said.

Retention

Correspondence about an inquiry that does not become a sitting is kept for twenty-four months and then destroyed. Notes and summaries from a completed engagement are kept for five years so a yearly check-in can refer to them, and then destroyed, unless a longer period is required by Thai law. Fee-transfer records are kept for the period Thai tax rules require.

Sharing

Records are not sold. They are not passed to a fund house or a bank. If you ask the practice to send your summary to an accountant or a lawyer you name, it is sent only to that person. Laila Maduer sees the notes she needs to copy the summary. A bookkeeper sees fee amounts, not the contents of your pension booklet.

International transfers

Engagement notes are kept in the planning room in Narathiwat. Email you exchange with the practice may pass through servers outside Thailand because that is how ordinary email travels. When you load a page, type is requested from Google Fonts, and Google may process the connection data of that request on servers outside Thailand. The practice does not send your sitting notes to Google.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 you may ask to see the records held about you, to correct them, to have them deleted when the practice has no duty to keep them, to restrict their use, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a copy of the inquiry details you provided. Send the request to info@aware-latticeway.click. We answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

Children

Sittings are arranged with adults. A household may mention school fees. The practice does not ask a child to write to the room or to attend as the client.
