Fee returns

Cancellations, date changes, and returns of fees

These rules apply to sittings booked with Aware Latticeway Financial Planning. Fees are informational on the site and are confirmed in writing before you pay. Payment is by transfer to the practice account. There is no checkout on this website.

Eligibility and timeframe

A full return of the amount you have paid is available when you cancel in writing at least five working days before the first sitting begins, and before any summary for that engagement has been started. The request can be an email to info@aware-latticeway.click or a call to 073615937, followed by a short written note if you called. The five working days are counted in Thailand, Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays.

Holding sum

The Household Pre-Retirement Review may be reserved with a holding sum of 2,000 THB, which is part of the 12,800 THB fee, not an extra charge. If you cancel inside the five-day window above, the holding sum returns in full. If the first sitting has already been held, the holding sum is treated as part of the fee for work already done.

Partial returns after work has started

When a sitting has been held, the fee for that sitting stays with the practice. For the six-week review, each of the four sittings is treated as 3,200 THB of the 12,800 THB. Sittings not yet held are returned. A Cash Ledger Sitting, a Retirement Income Sketch, or a Yearly Household Check-in that has already taken place is not split further, because the page is prepared in that same appointment. If a summary draft for a held sitting has been started, that sitting’s portion is kept even if you leave before the pages are read aloud.

Non-refundable portions

A sitting that was held, a no-show, and a summary already handed to you for completed sittings are not returned. Printed pages are part of the fee. The practice does not sell separate materials, so there is no materials charge to refund. Travel that was quoted and already undertaken for a home sitting outside the amphoe is kept to the extent of the travel cost named in the written quote.

Rescheduling

You may move a date once without a fee if you write at least three working days ahead. A second move inside the same engagement is 400 THB. If you ask to move with less than three working days’ notice, the original date is treated as a no-show unless Naree can still fill the hour, in which case she will say so in the reply.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not write before the hour, the fee for that sitting is kept. For the review, one quarter of the engagement fee is kept for the missed hour, and later sittings can still be held if you write within ten days to set new dates. After ten days without a word, the remaining unheld portion is returned and the engagement is closed.

When the practice cancels

If Naree cancels a date, you may take a full return of what you have paid toward sittings not yet held, or take a new date, whichever you prefer. Illness and travel trouble on the practice side are handled the same way. We do not keep a fee for an hour the room did not open.

How a return is paid

Send the request to info@aware-latticeway.click and include the name on the booking and the month of the transfer. Returns are paid to the same Thai bank account that paid the fee. Processing takes up to ten working days after we confirm the request in writing.
