Terms
Terms of engagement
These terms cover use of this website and engagements for household sittings with Aware Latticeway Financial Planning, the official registered business name of the practice established in 2014. The practice address is Tambon Pasemat, Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok, Narathiwat 96120. By using the site or by paying a holding sum or a sitting fee, you accept these terms.
The engagement
A sitting is an appointment to organise household papers, cash lines, and a timeline for the years before wages stop. The written summary records what you brought and the assumptions you confirmed at the table. You decide what to do with that page. Fund purchases are taken to a licensed house you choose. Tax filings go to your accountant or the revenue office. Wills go to a lawyer. The planning room does not hold deposits for a bank, does not sell securities, and does not file documents with a government office on your behalf.
Fees and dates
Fees are confirmed in writing before a date is held. Payment is by bank transfer. A date is held when the agreed transfer arrives. The detail of cancellations, rescheduling, missed sittings, and returns of fees is on the fee returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Your papers
You keep ownership of the documents you bring. You give the practice permission to read them during the sitting and to use the figures in your summary. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. If a statement is out of date, the summary will say which page was used.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and photographs on this website belong to Aware Latticeway Financial Planning. You may not copy them for another business. The written summary prepared for your household is yours to keep and to share with your spouse, your accountant, your lawyer, or a licensed house. You may not publish the summary as a template for sale.
Liability
The practice prepares the summary with care from the papers on the table. It is not a guarantee of a pension amount, a fund value, or a future wage. Official figures remain those issued by the fund, the department, the cooperative, or the revenue office. To the extent Thai law allows, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
The laws of Thailand govern these terms. Disputes are brought in the courts of Thailand.
