Households who can name the years still on the wage book
This review is for a household in or near Su-ngai Kolok that expects the main earned income to stop in roughly eight to fifteen years. That might be a civil-service retirement date, the year a teacher plans to leave the classroom, or the season a shopkeeper intends to hand the till to a niece. The household does not need a finished plan. It needs the papers, both spouses if there are two, and a willingness to put parent-support and school fees on the same page as the pension booklet.
A single earner is welcome. Two earners are included in the fee. A third earner, or a second business with its own day-book, is arranged as an added cash-ledger sitting so the review itself stays readable.
What you carry home after the sixth week
You leave with a written household timeline, a picture of one ordinary month and one thin month, and a retirement-income sketch in baht. The sketch lines up what you already know: Social Security, a Government Pension Fund booklet, a provident fund, a cooperative share, rent you receive, and money you expect to keep sending to parents. Each line names the assumption beside it. You also receive a short list of offices still to visit, written as errands rather than as a lecture.
What the 12,800 THB covers
The fee covers four sittings of about ninety minutes, the written summary, and one follow-up sitting within thirty days if a missing statement arrives and changes a line. A holding sum of 2,000 THB can reserve the first date and is part of the 12,800, not an extra charge. The balance is paid by transfer before the first sitting. Printed pages are included.
- Four sittings in the planning room, with one of them movable to a home inside Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok
- A written summary the household keeps
- One follow-up sitting inside thirty days when a late statement changes a figure
Work that stays with the offices you already use
Fund purchases stay with the licensed house you choose after you have read the sketch. Tax filings stay with your accountant or the revenue office. A will, if you want one, stays with a lawyer. Loan forms are filled at the bank. The planning room writes the timeline and the baht lines so those other conversations start from a page you understand.
Who sits with you
Naree Limsakul leads every review. Laila Maduer copies the cash lines into the summary the next morning so the figures match what was said at the table, not a later memory of them. You may bring a spouse or an adult child. If the household wants the conversation in Pattani Malay as well as Thai, bring the relative who usually interprets at family meetings; the written summary is prepared in Thai or English, as you ask.
How to prepare, and what slows the weeks
Bring the latest pay slip or shop day-book, any provident-fund or cooperative statement, the Government Pension Fund booklet if you have one, a note of money sent to parents, and the school-fee and house-rent figures for a typical month. Papers go home with you the same afternoon. If a statement is missing, the review still starts; the missing line is marked and filled when the paper arrives.
The six-week span assumes the household can meet about every ten days. A long trip, a shop’s peak week, or a hospital stay can stretch the calendar. The fee does not rise for a slower pace. It rises only when the scope grows: a third earner, or travel for a home sitting outside Amphoe Su-ngai Kolok, which is quoted before anyone travels.
-
Opening the cupboard
The first sitting sorts what the household actually has. We name each paper, set aside duplicates, and write the year the main wage is expected to stop. No figure is treated as final.
-
An ordinary month and a thin month
The second sitting writes two cash pictures. A border shop uses a fat week and a thin week. A salary household uses a school-fee month and a quiet month. Parent support is its own line.
-
Income after the wage stops
The third sitting builds the retirement-income sketch from booklets and statements already on the table. Assumptions sit in the margin in ordinary language.
-
The summary in your hands
The fourth sitting reads the written summary aloud. You correct names, baht, and dates before you leave. The follow-up sitting, if a late statement arrives, revises only the lines that changed.
